Offset Grid Power Usage

A grid tied solar electric system ties your inverter directly to the existing main power panel. This is a net metering system which, upon agreement with your local electricity co-op, is the arranged payment per kWh for generating Green power. These systems have the highest efficiencies in solar electric production. Most energy efficient homes are sized anywhere from 2kWh to 5 kWh systems.
